How to avoid cracks in the production process of non-standard tungsten carbide carbide tools
There are four main aspects:
1. After welding, the cooling should be slow. It is better to cover up the welded cutter row with yellow sand and reuse it after 12 hours.
2, do not water cool (air cooling) during grinding. Do not grind the blade too hot.
3, the knife row itself has problems. The thickness of the blade row below the blade can not be 1.5 times the thickness of the blade (preferably 2 times larger).
4. In welding, the blade should be baked through (and not overheated), and all the copper water should flow to the welding surface (that is, no virtual welding).
